Great job guys, very entertaining and very reasonable.

My comment is about health care reform and freedom. Much debate Ahas centered over how ObamaCare is intruding on religious freedoms, but my concern is about health care and the loss of freedom in our country.

Health care is so complex and so expensive in the USA that people no longer have the freedom to change jobs for fear of losing health coverage. Less people than ever have the freedom to quit their job and start up their own company because health insurance is too expensive and someone in their family has a pre-existing condition.

I think we all know people who can't easily change jobs, can't move to another state because of health coverage concerns... Or people who are just counting the days until they are on Medicare and can really have the freedom to quit their jobs and do something different. Each year more and more try to get onto Disability SSD - some partly because of insurance coverage problems. Even more are in huge debt because of under-coverage of medical problems. They are afraid to answer their phones b/of debt collection agencies.

Our country is about freedom. But when it comes to health care, so many are slaves to the corporations they work for or the insurance coverage they can only get by being destitute and on Medicaid. So many other countries do it better. Capitalists in Germany, Switzerland, Taiwan, and yes even those Canadian socialists to the north.

What about all the trees dying around town and by the freeway from use of the salt chemical? Will we fine the city like we did Mr. Nackard for killing trees?

Just writing to follow up on a conversation that we had yesterday towards the end of the show. I called in and asked about the government taxing net income and gross income. I think Mitch told me that the adjusted GROSS income was taxed. I then made a comment that a business that makes 250,000 a year could and some do have an overhead of 220,000 a year. This would leave the owner of the business only 30,000 to provide for his family. You called this notion hogwash. This "hogwash" is actually what happened to my dad and me. My dad was in a high tax bracket when I was growing up because he grossed around $100,000 a year. After taxes he only had about 25,000 to provide for his family, which was me and my brothers. After working sometimes 70-80 hrs a week we could only afford hot dogs for dinner. I was talking about myself putting myself through college with minimal help. For you to raise taxes on my dad's gross income is literally taking hot dogs off my table. Like I said it is immoral to tax the gross income. They should only tax the net income. I could go on and explain all of the sacrifices my dad made to build a business and I could go on and explain how confused I was to see kids on welfare having nice shoes while I wore hand-me-downs. I dare you to do two things. One read this on air and two go out into your community and count the number of small businesses like my dad's. Do this again in 4 years and let’s see how many have gone broke. Have a nice day.

Great interview. Thank you for not shying away from having a humanitarian on. Kudos to you. For once Arizona is listening to a sensible voice.
I believe the comment from Michael about the Nazis comparison was right on. When do you think the Nazi reality is too much when it's all around us; flying the Confederate flag, surrounded by swastikas, guys tattooed with swastikas, and beating people up (my friend was beaten up - he is black, and on and on? One has to open one's eyes to see the obvious, unless you are so used to the signs of Nazism you have gotten used to it. because if you're 'white', you're not involved. The evidence is there if one does not dismiss it as 'nothing'. In the beginning that's what the Jews said.
